Direct Model
Direct Model is intended to decrease communication and management overheads. According to this model our team in Ukraine cooperates directly with project participants from the client's side.
Direct communications allow to increase effectiveness of collaboration due both communication efforts decreasing and absence of information distortion. Involvement of contractor's team into decision making decreases risks related with improper or untimely information about skills, capabilities and availability of the team. After all, a less number of project participants requires a less amount of management efforts and as a result leads to decreasing of management overheads.
